ABOUT SAMPLES
The samples we provide to our customers are obtained from actual jobs we make. We will do our best to match the sample types you request. If your requested sample types are not available, we will substitute the closest matching sample.
SHIPPING TIME
Please allow 3-5 days to receive your samples. This time may be extended during our peak season, which occurs from Oct to January next year.
SHIPPING COST
Currently, we only ship our Sample Packs free to addresses in China.
If you live outside of China and would like a free Sample Pack, please understand sample express shipping fee (DHL/TNT/FEDEX/UPS) is required at your expense.
